THE WALL
HONOR THE BODY.
Control over heavier weight. Rest without guilt. Your worth is never measured by your appearance.
THE BODY AS A TEMPLE ↗
What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?1 CORINTHIANS 6:19 / KJV
Paul addresses sexual conduct and belonging to Christ in 1 Corinthians 6:12–20. Body care here is a personal application.
YOUR FAST.
Choose food or a distraction to set aside. End whenever you need to.
Your pace. Your choice.
Stop fasting if unwell. Avoid demanding exercise during a food fast.
RECENT SESSIONS
YOUR WORKOUT.
For men and women. Home or gym. One session at a time.
PLAN SETTINGS & PROGRESSION
12 weeks ahead: three full-body strength sessions per week, with recovery between. Home sessions use dumbbells and stable support; easier bodyweight substitutions are included where practical. Gym sessions use machines and free weights. Week 4, 8 and 12 reduce volume. Progression is optional, based on recovery and technique.
12-WEEK CALENDAR
YOUR HISTORY
WARM-UP, FORM & PROGRESSION
Before: 3–5 minutes of comfortable walking or marching. Use stable supports and a clear space.
During: Use the displayed set count as a guide. Breathe normally, move with control and rest longer when needed. End sets with 2–3 clean repetitions still possible. Skip or scale any movement that hurts.
After: Ease down, eat and rest. This calendar uses three separated strength days; beginners can skip a session and recover without making it up. If every set reaches the top of the rep range with good control in two sessions, consider the smallest resistance increase. Never increase load just because the calendar advances.
Stop for pain, dizziness, chest discomfort or unusual breathlessness. Adapt training with a qualified professional when needed.
